Step 1 Select your background color scheme.
 
Card color: ...or use a JPG or GIF image
for the background.

Step 2 Add your company name, (or logo), your name and title.
 
color You can use a JPG or GIF logo instead of a company name. The image size MUST be 145px X 66px.

Step 3 Enter your contact information. Email address, phone number, city, state and URL. Anything you like!

Step 4 List your company products, services or anything you like!

Step 5 Preview your card. Feel free to go back and change any of your information.
  Remember the Preview pops-up in the same small window each time. It may appear nothing is happening when you hit Preview the second time.  
 
Step 6 Save your card and get ready to use it automatically everytime you send or reply to email!
  1. Select the preview button in Step 5.
2. In the browser toolbar select FILE / SAVE AS.
3. Save the file to your C drive, desktop or other location.
 
Step 7 Configure Microsoft Outlook
 

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. From the toolbar menu at the top select: TOOLS / OPTIONS / MAIL FORMAT.
3. Select "HTML" from the "Send in this message format:" drop down box.
4. Click "Signature Picker"
5. Click "NEW..."
6. Select "Use this file as a template:"
7. Click "Browse".
8. Navigate to your new signature file.
9. Enter a name for this signature file so you can recognize it easily.
10. Click "Next".
11. Click "Finish".
12. Congratulations. You're ready to start using your card!

Some people you correspond with don't have HTML selected as their default method of viewing their mail. In those cases Outlook sends a text version of your signature.
