If you're not happy with the mockups we create for you, or if you are not satisfied with our working relationship, you have the option to end the project with no financial loss to you. But we are so confident we can produce a product you'll be proud of that we are willing to make this offer.

No Money Up Front
Here's our process:

1. We contact you to gather as much information as we can about your business and your goals for your website.
2. We propose a price to do the work and a timeline for completion.
3. We use gathered information to create 3 to 5 prototypes for you to review.
4. We again discuss the project with you and decide on a final design.
5. At this point we would ask for a 30% deposit on your account.
6. We then create the final design for your approval. Final changes to the layout and design are completed at this point.
7. The website construction begins.
8. The HTML version of the project is presented for your review. 50% of the contract price is due at this point.
9. Final changes are made. The customer reviews the project. Upon acceptance the final payment of 20% is due.
